Adjacent to Evansville's historic Bayard Park, EVPL East is one of our community's two Carnegie Libraries. Our location opened its doors in January of 1913 after Andrew Carnegie heeded the call of several prominent Evansville citizens to fund two libraries in our city. Renovated in 2003, EVPL East has been updated with the amenities of today while retaining the original look and feel. EVPL East has continued its tradition of neighborhood service for 100 years. Our Experience Manager is excited to collaborate with the Bayard Park neighborhood so that EVPL can best meet the neighborhood's needs and wants.
